Shipping - 

All our shipping is tracked. Once your order is posted it is in the hands of Royal Mail or Evri. Please allow 7 working days days to allow your order to arrive before enquiring. Orders usually arrive with in 5 working days. If it goes missing we need time to file a case and get a refund to you. We always send our customers tracking info which we also follow until it has been marked received. Please do not let anyone else sign for your order. This is because if a neighbour signs for it and it is stolen, we can not refund this as it has been marked signed for at the address you have given. 

Refunds -

We don't refund on orders with broken wax melts because they are designed to be broken and melted. We can offer a refund or store credit if your order has gone missing but these take time to process due to the shipping you choose. Once your order is posted it is in the hands of royal mail or evri (see shipping policy) We use fragile tape on our boxes but can't rely on shipping carriers to handle with care.
